Delivery

How long will my order take?
Two weeks maximum, worldwide. UK orders usually land in 2 to 8 working days, international in 7 to 14 days. Every order is tracked and you see an estimated date range at checkout.

What does delivery cost?
Free anywhere in the UK, with no minimum spend. A flat £9 anywhere else in the world, however much you order.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Ireland, all of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia are all £9 flat.

Will I be charged import duty?
Not in the UK. All UK duties and taxes are settled before your parcel arrives. Outside the UK, local import charges are set by your own customs authority, though we keep consignments small enough that they rarely apply.

Products

Is the carbon fibre real?
On the cases and the card holder, yes. The Forged Carbon Case uses carbon chips set in clear resin, which is why no two backs are identical. The Woven Carbon Case uses real twill cloth. The Carbon Card Holder has a genuine carbon face panel. The Forged Carbon Wrap Film is a printed pattern rather than real carbon, and we say so on its own product page.

Why does every forged case look different?
Because forged carbon is random by nature. The chips fall where they fall and cure that way. Your case will match the photographs in character but not in detail, and that is the appeal.

Do the photos show the colour I am choosing?
On the Carbon Card Holder and the Shifter Keyring, yes. Tap a finish and the gallery jumps to that exact colour, photographed on its own. On the phone cases and the wrap film we show the full colourway shot, because the supplier has not photographed every finish individually yet.

What movement is in the watches?
Quartz. We describe what we can verify and nothing more.

Does the keyring lever actually move?
Yes, through all six gates with a detent at each one. It is 26g of anodised aluminium and steel, and you will fiddle with it constantly.

Will the phone case charge wirelessly?
Yes. Both cases have a full magnet ring behind the back panel, so they align and hold on a magnetic charger or car mount without an extra sleeve.

How much wrap film do I need?
A pair of standard mirror caps fits in a 30cm roll with a little spare. If it is your first attempt, take the 50cm so you can afford one mistake.

How long does the vent fragrance last?
About three weeks per cotton stick with normal use, closer to two if the fan runs constantly. Refill only packs are available separately.

Orders and returns

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us straight away and we will sort it. Once dispatched, use the 30 day return instead.

What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery, any reason, full refund. See Returns and Refunds for the detail and for your statutory rights.

Do you offer a warranty?
Two years on most products. See the Warranty page.

Which payment methods do you take?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where your device supports them.
