Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026

1. Who you are buying from

These terms govern every purchase from Supercar Accessories. [Insert your registered company name, company number, registered office address and contact email before going live. UK law requires these to be displayed.]

2. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not when you click pay and not when you receive the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, whether because of a pricing error, a supply problem or a failed fraud check, we will tell you and refund you in full within 3 working days.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Payment is taken at the point of order by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to honour it and will contact you before doing anything else.

4. Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order and typically takes 7 to 12 working days from dispatch, tracked. International delivery is a flat 12 pounds and takes 10 to 20 working days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but if your order has not arrived within 30 days you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, with a further 14 days to send the goods back. As a matter of policy we extend this to 30 days from delivery. Wrap film cannot be returned once cut or applied, and opened packs of cotton scent sticks cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Neither exclusion limits your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

6. Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Colours vary slightly between screens. Weights and dimensions are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Forged carbon is random by nature, so the pattern on the item you receive will differ from the pattern in the photographs. Where a product uses a printed pattern rather than the material itself, we say so on that product page.

7. Intellectual property

Our name, logo, product names, photography and written copy belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. If you believe any listing infringes your intellectual property, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy our content at scale, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the site or the security of other users.

9. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our products are accessories. They are not safety equipment and must not be relied on as a substitute for proper vehicle maintenance or security.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier failure, supplier failure, extreme weather, industrial action and interruption of communications networks.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall under the non exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

13. Complaints

Contact us first, because we would rather fix it. If we cannot resolve matters you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, or contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.
