Warranty

Two years, on almost everything

Most of what we sell carries a two year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day your order is delivered.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not instead of them. Nothing here reduces what you are legally entitled to.

What it covers

  • Watch movements that stop keeping time or fail to run
  • Levers, clasps and split rings that seize or fail
  • Anodising, plating or stitching that fails without abuse
  • Magnets that lose grip in normal use
  • Delamination of carbon components
  • Card mechanisms that jam or stop stepping

What it does not cover

  • Normal wear such as scratches, scuffs and patina on leather
  • Damage from impact, crushing, or being run over, which happens more often than you would think
  • Water damage. None of our watches are rated for swimming or diving
  • Batteries, which are consumable
  • Cotton scent sticks, which are consumable by design
  • Wrap film once it has been cut or applied
  • Products that have been opened, modified or repaired by someone else

How to claim

  1. Email us using the address on our Contact page with your order number and a short description of what has gone wrong.
  2. A photo or short video helps us diagnose it quickly, but is not a condition of your claim.
  3. We will reply within one working day. In most cases we simply send a replacement. We only ask for the item back if we need to inspect it, and if we do, we pay the postage.

Batteries

Quartz movements ship with a battery good for roughly two years. Replacing it is a job any high street jeweller or watch shop will do in a few minutes for a few pounds.
