Free UK delivery, and only £9 anywhere else
Every UK order ships free. There is no minimum spend and no surprise charge at checkout. Everywhere else in the world is a flat £9, however much you order.
Two weeks maximum
Orders are processed within 1 working day. UK delivery typically lands in 2 to 8 working days and international in 7 to 14 days. Either way, nothing takes more than two weeks. You will see an estimated delivery date range at checkout and again in your dispatch email.
If an order is still not with you 14 days after dispatch, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not have to chase the carrier and you do not have to argue.
Tracking
Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves. You get a tracking link by email at dispatch and updates as it moves.
Where we ship
Worldwide. The UK is free, everywhere else is £9 flat, and that includes Ireland, all of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia.
Import duty and VAT
UK customers pay nothing extra. All duties and taxes on UK orders are settled by us before your parcel arrives, so nobody will ask you for money on the doorstep. Outside the UK, local import charges are set by your own customs authority and are your responsibility. We keep every consignment small enough that they rarely arise.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you confirm the correct one. We may ask you to cover the reshipping cost.
