The short version
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason at all. Send it back unused and in its packaging and we will refund you in full.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. We extend this to 30 days from delivery as a matter of policy. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
Separately, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. This right lasts up to six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and five years in Scotland.
How to return something
- Email us using the address on our Contact page, quoting your order number, within 30 days of delivery.
- We will reply within one working day with a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
- Send it back. Keep your proof of postage.
Return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay the return postage. If you are simply changing your mind, the return postage is yours to cover.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 3 working days of receiving the item back, and always within 14 days as required by law. Your bank may take a further few days to show it. We refund the full price of the item plus the standard outbound delivery charge you originally paid, if any.
Faulty or damaged items
Tell us within 30 days and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including postage both ways, whichever you prefer. Photographs help us sort it out quickly but are not a condition of your rights.
Items we cannot accept back
Wrap film cannot be returned once it has been cut or applied. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened packs of cotton scent sticks unless they are faulty. Neither of these limits your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
